1. Our Commitment to Quality

At Uplifted Store, we take great pride in the quality and meaning behind our products. Every item is made to order with care, intention, and purpose. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and are here to help if something isn’t right.

2. If Something’s Not Right

If your order arrives with a defect, damage, or an error (such as receiving the wrong item or size sent), please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order details and photos (if applicable) . We will review the issue and offer a fair solution, which may include a replacement or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

3. Faithwear & Sizing Notice

Our Faithwear collection is made to order and created just for you. Because of this, we kindly ask that you check the size guide carefully before placing your order.

If you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind, you are still entitled to return the item in line with Dutch consumer law (see section 4). However, because each piece is made especially for you, we encourage mindful purchasing to reduce waste and unnecessary returns.

4. Returns under Dutch Law

As required by Dutch consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. However, since all of our items — especially our Faithwear collection — are made to order, we kindly encourage you to make your selection carefully and thoughtfully.

If you'd still like to proceed with a return:

  • Please email us at info@upliftedstore.nl within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • We’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.
  • Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and sent back in suitable packaging.
  • Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Our made-to-order model means we create each item just for you. This helps us reduce waste and operate more sustainably. For this reason, we encourage mindful purchases and are here to help you choose the right size or product before placing an order.

Exceptions (as per law):

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Hygienic items that have been unsealed
